How do I change my password or edit my profile?

Your user profile contains information like your name, mobile number, email, and roles.

How do I view and edit my profile?

Your personal account can always be accessed by clicking on your name in the top right corner. Then select "View My Profile" from the drop down menu. From here, you can click on the edit button (pencil icon) to update your information.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, access your profile, and click on the "Change My Password" button in the User Information section.

What's Two-Factor Authentication?

In the User Information section, you can toggle two-factor authentication on and off. When enabled, you will be required to enter both your password and a verification code sent to the mobile number listed in your profile in order to login. When disabled, only the password is required at login.

What's a user role?

A user role is a bundle of permissions that has been granted to you. This will determine what you have access to within this Organization Account. For instance, an "admin" role would allow you to create or remove users, whereas a "billing" role may only allow you to view billing and invoicing information.
